REFUND POLICY

We work very hard and try everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your shopping experience at Triumilynn.com. We hope you keep coming back and tell all your friends about us!

 

If for some reason we have let you down or things did not go as planned, we're more than happy to help get things squared away and set you up with a return or refund for your item(s) or order.

There are a few restrictions on returns though, as follows:

 

1.Put the goods to be returned, all accessories, product certificates, instructions and gifts (if any) in the original delivery box.

2.After receiving the refund amount, Triumilynn will reissue a new invoice for the goods that have not been returned in the original order.

3.In order to initiate a return, please email us at Triupar@gmail.com for a return shipping label. we will address your problem within 24h.

 

Please note:

We are only able to accept returns for an order within 30 days of your order's ship date.  We cannot guarantee we will be able to accept any returns or exchanges beyond that time frame.
