I wouldnt recommend this unless you are truly handy.

The mounting bolt circle diameter does not match the mounting of my yardman pushmower.
However, the small parts inside do match, so it was like a rebuild kit for my OE recoil.
The description of compatibility is a bit lacking, but I could tell the parts I needed would fit from the photos, and the low price is an acceptable gamble.

Fine for the price

The unit fit with a little force and started the mower fine. The cord is not as heavy duty and I can see where Ill probably need another one next year, BUT for the price you cant beat it. I could by 3 or 4 of these versus the manufacturers model.
