The O/e part is a plastic and over time gets brittle and Id Subject to hairline cracks. This solves the problem

Fits 2016 Tundra

Replaced the plastic OEM cap with this aluminum cap. Fit my 2016 Tundra. Swapped taller filter tube from old cap into this one. No leaks and went on well. Now my filter changes should be easier and Ill have peace of mind without having to worry so much about breaking a plastic filter cap.

For now, it has been working good.

It fitted my 2013 Rav 4, all wheels drive, LE. So fare, it has been working great thank you. Keep up the good work, we rely on your hard work, as well.I ll add pictures, my next oil change.
